How can we handle fine dust with CFD?

These days fine dust is a hot issue throughout the world. It can cause various diseases such as respiratory disease, vascular disease, skin disease, eye disease and therefore it restricts outdoor activities.

We E8IGHT has been thinking about how to deal with fine dust by using our technology.

For instance, installing air purifiers outdoor are becoming popular and can actually filter out fine dust effectively.

European and Chinese joint research team developed a ‘honey comb-shaped ceramic filter’ which can be applied into air purifying system and can purify 3.6 million air per day when installed at a height of 10 meters.

NFLOW is a CFD SW that can provide basic data of how to place these outdoor air purifiers efficiently.

Through simulating fine dust we can predict how it will flow out or flow in and find out where it will be concentrated.

By conducting 3D Simulation we can purify the world and make a better place to live in!
