E8IGHT 2020 Business Plan
Hello everyone! This is E8IGHT.
On 13th of December, we had a time reviewing 2019 business achievements and sharing the upcoming 2020 business plan. Also, after the session, we had a closing ceremony of the business year.
All executives and staff members gathered at E8IGHT 6th floor to share the business achievements and plan for 2019-2020.
Starting with the management team, each team presented their achievements and plans. It was a great time learning how much each team cooperated in 2019 and how important the communication and cooperation with other teams will be in 2020.
There will be a big change in 2020, including ‘medical examination’ and ‘flexible working hours’ to improve the welfare.
Our president Jin Kim wrapped up the session with giving comments for presentations and encouraging all members for 2020 business. He also showed us how the business will briefly proceed in 2020 and the business goal for next year.
After presentation, we had pizza for dinner and went out for ceremony. The ceremony was held at the bowling center at Pangyo, which is the nearest station from E8IGHT.
Each bowling team were organized with 4 to 5 members and our company executives chose the team members. The game was played in tournament and the winner could receive the gift certificate as a prize. Before the actual game, we had a practice game to warm ourselves up.
Everyone was passionate, cheering other members of the team to win the game. The game was intensely competitive. It was a great chance to be close with other members of the company.

The 2020 business plan presentation was valuable time sharing each team’s plan and encouraging ourselves for better technology. The 2019 business ending ceremony was ended with awarding bowling winner.
