E8IGHT & Kyushu Univ. Academic Exchange

This is E8IGHT, a company that develops particle-based CFD Software NFLOW.

We had a special event starting from November 18th to 22nd. A joint research was done between E8IGHT and Kyushu University where our researchers went to Japan to make an academic exchange. Kyushu University research team was invited to our Busan workshop and shared brief academic exchanges. E8IGHT and Kyushu University prepared the materials and data requested in Busan Workshop and visited laboratory in Kyushu University.

Professor Asai emphasized the expansion of young SPH researchers’ workforce and emphasized not only the technological development and research results of both sides but also the importance and needs of mutual growth of human resources. The gathering of young researchers studying the same area would stimulate each other and gain momentum for further research.

For the overall development of SPH, one of the particle-based technologies of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), E8IGHT and Kyushu Univ. agreed to continually have a technical exchange and joint research and pledged cooperation in joint projects in near future.

E8IGHT welcomes all technical exchanges regarding to CFD and will continually put efforts into MOUs and academic exchanges with various institutions as well as Kyushu University.

We will continue to make and share technology that will make the world a better place.
