2nd Half of 2019, E8IGHT Healing Workshop <The Second Day>

E8IGHT came back with the second story of our healing workshop!

On the second day, we started with a lovely breakfast having a wonderful view of the ocean outside the hotel. Afterwards, each team had a small meeting with our CEO Jin Kim sharing thoughts about the future of the company.

It was a precious time for each team to talk about their own thoughts or difficulties they’re having so that our executives and other employees could got to know each other more deeply. Furthermore, through our CEO’s words our employees were able to get help in finding the right way in their career.

The next course was a place called Haedong Yonggungsa Temple! We walked together on a trail and had a little exercise. When we got up to the top there is this bridge where wishes become true when throwing a coin. So, we prepared coins for our employees wishing their wishes would become true.

Our management team had prepared so much for our workshop we had yacht tour left, the finale of the workshop!

Although it rained during the yacht tour, we had our raincoats on and enjoyed our time : )

On the yacht we had fishing and some of us actually caught fish! We had so much fun in the rain!

We had our last dinner at Busan with people from Kyushu university and through our CEO and professor Asai’s toast we became one to celebrate the last day of our workshop.

We look forward on our cooperation with Kyushu university in order to develop a better software.

This is the end of our 2019 Healing Workshop!

Through the workshop our employees had a great time of healing and refreshing. We will work harder to provide our software users with better and developed technology.
